Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Nelaton application (“App”) operated by Ulibkin OÜ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms contain important information about limitations of liability and the rules governing your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

Acceptance of terms

By installing, opening, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Children under 18 may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that the App is used in accordance with these Terms.

Use of the app

The App does not require the creation of user accounts. Users install the App, subscribe if needed, and store all personal data locally on their devices. Users are responsible for the security of their devices and any data stored in the App. If you suspect unauthorized access to your device or data, you should take appropriate steps to protect your information.

Use of data

By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The App does not transmit personal data to third parties except for essential partners involved in analytics and subscription management, including AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Amplitude, and Google Analytics. All user data is stored locally on the user’s device unless otherwise required for functionality.

Disrupt the operation of the App.
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Modify, copy, or decompile the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems.
Use the App to harm others or compromise data security.
Violate any applicable local laws while using the App.

No warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without errors or interruptions.

The App is a tool that helps users follow medical recommendations. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Users should rely on the recommendations of their treating physician. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Ulibkin OÜ is not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or issues arising in connection with the use of the App. All medical decisions must be made together with a licensed healthcare professional. You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and for any consequences of such use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulibkin OÜ shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or your inability to use it. You agree to release Ulibkin OÜ from any claims or liabilities arising in connection with your use of the App.

Deletion of user data

Users may delete their data at any time through the App settings. Deleting data may result in loss of access to certain features. Users assume full responsibility for any consequences of deleting data.

Intellectual property

All content within the App belongs to Ulibkin OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
